Welcome to Otter's Pottery! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.

• Enrollment & Billing
  1.1 Tuition is $280 per month for one (1) 2-hour class per week.
  1.2 Enrollment is month-to-month and renews automatically.
  1.3 Participant may enroll at any time during the month.
  1.4 Cancellation requests must be submitted 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  1.5 All payments are non-refundable once processed.

• Attendance Policy
  2.1 Missed classes are forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling, credits, or refunds.
  2.2 No make-up classes are provided under any circumstances.

• Trial Classes
  3.1 Free or trial classes are not offered.

• Materials & Clay Usage
  4.1 Tuition includes up to 5 lbs of clay per class.
  4.2 Standard materials, glazing, and kiln firing for class projects are included.
  4.3 Additional materials, specialty glazes, or special firings may incur additional charges.

• Assumption of Risk & Safety
  5.1 Participant acknowledges that pottery activities involve inherent risks, including the use of sharp or potentially hazardous tools.
  5.2 Participant agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.
  5.3 The studio shall not be held liable for any injuries resulting from misuse of tools or failure to follow safety guidelines.

• Kiln & Firing Disclaimer
  6.1 Participant acknowledges that ceramics is an unpredictable process.
  6.2 The studio does not guarantee the outcome of any piece, and is not responsible for cracking, warping, glaze defects, or breakage occurring during drying or firing.

• Finished Work & Storage
  7.1 Participant is responsible for monitoring the status of their work.
  7.2 Finished pieces must be collected within thirty (30) days of completion.
  7.3 Any items unclaimed after sixty (60) days may be recycled, repurposed, or discarded at the studio’s discretion.

• Studio Conduct
  8.1 Participants agree to arrive on time and follow all studio guidelines.
  8.2 Participants are responsible for cleaning their workspace and tools after each session.
  8.3 Participants shall respect studio property, equipment, and other individuals.

• General Terms
  9.1 The studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
  9.2 Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of participation without refund.
